To create your Keeper Account, visit keepersecurity.com and hover your cursor over the Login tab. Choose Web Vault and then click Create an Account. Enter your email address and click Next.
Here, you will be prompted to create and confirm a Master Password. Don’t forget your Master Password! Since this password will unlock all of your other passwords in your vault, it is critical that you set a strong master password using upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
A verification link and code will be sent to your email address. These will confirm that you are the owner of the email address you are using to create your account.
Now, navigate to your email provider and look for the email from the Keeper Team that says “Action Required >> Create your Keeper Account”. Open the email and click Create Account. Alternatively you can enter the verification code from the email in the space provided in the previous Keeper page observed moments ago in this video. You will be taken to a Success confirmation page.
Your Keeper account is now active and ready for use. Click on Vault Login to login to your vault using your email address and Master Password you just created.
Welcome to your vault! Your passwords, logins and other personal information are saved here in your private, encrypted, digital vault as “records”. It is here where you can view and manage all of your website login credentials and details, as well as store important files and photos.
You will immediately receive a prompt to import your existing passwords. The next video will cover this process in detail. Feel free to do this at a later time or give it a shot on your own, by clicking Next.
