On November 13, 2007, the League of Women Voters of Charlottesville-Albemarle continued a series of public lectures on the water supply in the our area. About thirty-five people attended the event, which is part of the Treva Cromwell Memorial series, to hear Tom Frederick. He's the executive director of the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority, and he made the case for why the area's dams, pipes, and pumping stations are in need of major upgrades.
