Production: Storyboard an original animation incorporating a character for smooth skin rigging. Model the character in Maya 2012 and rig the character using smooth skin binding. Sculpting and texture painting was done in Mudbox 2012 and displacement maps were exported back to Maya for rendering. Facial expressions were added using blend shapes. The animation was rendered out using Mental Ray and sound effects and voices were compiled using Adobe Audition. The final animation was assembled in Adobe Premiere.
