Dieter Sperl studied german philology and philosophy in Graz / Austria, co-editor of the literary magazine 'perspektive', founder and longtime editor of the literary theory series 'gegensätze'; curator for festivals; collaborations with artists from various disciplines; works for radio, text installations, photo works, publisher of 'flugschrift'. He was Writer in Residence at the Center for Austrian Studies at the University of Aberdeen and at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Michael Fischer musician-composer in the range of improvised music, noise, new music, soundscapes on saxophone, violin, cd-player/mixer, conducted instant compostions, since 1999 working on the implications of the electro-acoustic phenomenon feedback. 2005 he launched the Vienna Improvisers Orchestra, working as an instant composition conductor also for other large ensembles.
