ONE MORE DAY…..
Not to worry, the weather is clear for the rest of the week, we have tickets, and our eye on Mexico. So when in Rome….
Fortuitously, Frontera Foods has a test kitchen in Houston so Chef Bayless decided to stop in and make sure everything was running smoothly. He also took the time to work closely with his staff there to make some adjustments on a recipe saving himself and his staff at least 3 weeks in the testing process.
While Houston has been a good host, we are going turn in for the day, cause Huatulco waits for us tomorrow!
