Event coordination is not as simple as selecting a site and choosing what food to serve. IMC professionals must understand not only the basics of event planning such as site selection, setup requirements and on-site management strategies, but also how IMC principles are an integral part of the planning and execution process. In addition to an overview of event coordination basics, attendees will gain an understanding of how audience insights, brand awareness and other IMC factors are required tools in today’s event toolkit.
