Morton’s Neuroma - Podiatrist in Spring, Cypress and The Woodlands, TX - Brad Bachmann, DPM

Meet Dr. Brad Bachmann of Louetta Foot and Ankle Specialists as he discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for Morton’s Neuroma.
Morton’s Neuroma

Numbness, tingling, burning, stinging or pain that occurs between the second, third and fourth toes and in the ball of the foot may be caused by an entrapped swollen nerve called a neuroma.

Injection therapy can often reduce the inflammation around the nerve.
If abnormal foot biomechanics contribute to the problem, custom-molded orthotics may be used to take pressure off the nerve. In some cases, it may be necessary to surgically treat the inflamed nerve branch to provide relief.
