...Every 1st Sunday of the month, Santa-Paula-Airport holds a Open-House, and it is usually crowded with visitors and photographers and Aircraft-enthusiasts....and I have gone there frequently over the last 5 years...

...There is Always something interesting to see and experience, and altho it it a small private airport, there is a rich aviation history here since 1930, and a lot of amazing aircraft and famous people have planes and/or hangars here...the most famous would probably be Steve McQueen, who had a hangar here and his Waco Biplane which he would fly out of this place....

...I set the camera up at the end of the airport...facing almost due West into the sun....and set the camera up for Time-Lapse, once every second, for about 35-40 straight minutes...A group of 5 planes kept taking-off and landing over and over again, so quickly I just let the sequencer keep running for the entire time...and this is the result...

....Shot with a Canon EOS T2i with a 80~200mm Tokina AT-X lens ( Making it a virtual 320mm magnification )100 ISO, at f8, 1/2500th...using the EZa sequencer......this sequence is 1108 images long...

...For those of you who are severely math-challenged....1-second of actual video is equal to 30-seconds of real-world time, OK?...

...It's a mighty Busy Place on a Super-Bowl Sunday!......ENJOY!
