6 km running, 10 km kayaking ( 0,5 km actually towing the kayak against the stream), 1 km in underground rain sewage, 6 km orienteering in the park, a few km back to start, swimming across the river Neris ( yes, with all clothing and shoes), about 25 km orienteering with bicycle ( lots of hills!),8+ km orienteering in the old town and 8 meters climbing wall.
