Located in the Student Center on the second floor, the Valley View Room serves the UVU Community as a restaurant at breakfast and lunch time and as an excellent catering venue in the evenings. Its name comes from the exquisite view of the valley and lake to the west of UVU. At lunch we offer a choice of entrees, two soups du jour, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and grill selections. A sample menu includes: Chicken Cordon Bleu; Scalloped Potatoes; freshly Steamed Vegetables; and a Roll. In addition, we offer juices, fountain sodas, bottled beverages, freshly brewed coffee and tea. Fruit and decadent desserts such as cookies, brownies and assorted cakes are available daily. Meal Plan participants may receive a 5-10% discount on all breakfast and lunch selection.
