Episode 61 - Ed Carter-Edwards - POW in Buchenwald

This episode looks at the WWII experience of Ed Carter-Edwards of Bomber Command. Ed was shot down over France and was eventually picked up by the French Resistance. Betrayed by a German Agent within the resistance he fell into the hands of the feared German Gestapo. Their refusal to recognize his status as an Allied Airman lead to him along with other Allied Airmen to the infamous Buchenwald Concentration Camp. This is one episode you won’t want to miss.
