Machine-Driven Literary Book Covers

This project uses machine learning classification techniques to categorize the emotional landscape of popular 19th century novels. That data is then mapped into several visualizations as a means to help the users interpret and compare the unfurling of human feeling within the storyline. The visualizations were used as the focal point for book covers created using Illustrator and InDesign. The new rendered works are available for sale through Barnes and Noble.
