Tinkering is a sensory project about hands on experiences, learning from exploration to investigate and invent.
To tinker we improve something by making changes to it, turning the old into new and turning the recycled into art.
This project enables students to design and create unique sculptures or artwork using different types of recyclable mediums, solving puzzles and extending their learning to find better solutions to current problems. Students will explore different mediums creating artwork that is unique, working as groups or individuals throughout the Royal Children’s Hospital. These artworks will be exhibited and auctioned at the end of the project unit.
