New York Times Reporter Louise Story examined the use of economic development incentives in a three-part series in December 2012. The investigation gave national attention to $80 billion in spending that most people aren't aware of. This talk was given by Louise Story at the IEDC Leadership Conference in Orlando on January 29, 2013.

A short talk at the same conference, "How to Get Rid of Economic Development Incentives in America," is available at vimeo.com/58668433
