Synopsis: Born in 1920 in the town of Wolkowysk, Poland to parents Samuel and Hasia Kaplan, Naomi and her siblings were raised in a warm Jewish home filled with the aromas of her mother's kitchen and fond memories of her beloved father. When the Nazis invaded and Jews across Europe were targeted for mass extermination, Naomi's family was shattered and her world was turned upside down.
