Welcome to the Wasatch is a short made during a storm cycle in Utah’s, Wasatch Range. James Norvell and I spent a few days in the backcountry enjoying the beautiful gift of snow in one of the meccas of modern snowboarding and skiing. Originally, I had planned to use the footage for a review of the Sony RX100. The footage ended up really astonishing me and I decided to put a little more work into this edit. I’m really excited to let people see how those days unfolded for us. I’m so grateful to have been up there at a time when the climate is changing so rapidly and enjoying what is so scarce it seems these days, bottomless powder.
Look for more information about how I shot this, what I used and an in depth review of the Sony RX100.
