Handshake is a mentoring project involving 12 emerging jewellers from New Zealand matched with their chosen idols/mentors from across the globe. The project began in February 2011, and finishes this year, with exhibitions in NZ and beyond along the way.
We are lucky to exhibit at the Handwerk & Design fair, Munich, which is part of the big international contemporary jewellery bonanza spread all over Munich, 06th - 12th of March, 2013. Nine of us mentees: Sam, Lynsay, Sarah, Sharon, Neke, Jess, Debbie, Kristin & Jhana, would like to go and we need your help to get there. If we can make $6000, this will go a long way to helping us on this trip.
We have some great rewards up for grabs, mainly jewellery, including stunning rings from Fabrizio Tridenti and Karl Fritsch (like an one-of-a-kind Karl Fritsch gold and diamond ring), three brooches from Peter Deckers, as well as copies of our brand new book.
