This is a follow up personal project to create a more realistic fountain based on a SCAD project that I completed in October.
Fountain was modeled in Maya, fountain texture painted in Mudbox. FLIP Sim and Grass (Fur) completed in Houdini. Final render used Mantra PBR. Fountain was lit using an HDRI captured in a Savannah GA Square.
Final comp done in Nuke.
Sim time for 525 frames took about 26 hrs, with the secondary spray particle sim created in about 4 hrs.
