His inspiration? The legacy of the Market and the shop's previous owners, his dog and his wife (not necessarily in that order). All give him a pure devotion for good food and well-crafted wine and instilled the belief that wine should be an everyday beverage instead of an elitist institution.
His latest adventure? Planning trips far and wide to places like California and Belgium for research in the flavor field. That, and cooking up culinary creations of his own for his new bride.
