Love Melbourne. Love Moomba.

That was the brief from City of Melbourne who wanted to remind Melbournians that Moomba Festival delivers a rich program full of free events and activities happening across the March Labour Day long-weekend.

Now in it's 59th year, City of Melbourne needed a communications piece that not only clearly showcased the diverse Moomba program, but also enhanced the overall public perception of the event. We needed to encourage people to engage in this uniquely Melbourne celebration.

With this in mind, STANDARD set about to develop a core campaign asset to be integrated across multiple channels including:

- TV
- Digital Banners
- YouTube pre-roll
- Outdoor Digital Media
- Big Screens at the event site

Managing the project from concept to completion, STANDARD worked closely with City of Melbourne in the pre-production phase to develop and refine the creative brief to ensure all communications objectives were met.

City of Melbourne and all Moomba stakeholders were blown away with the final product and the spot began airing on February 18.
