The Midwest Old Threshers in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa operates the Midwest Electric Railway on a roughly 2 mile loop. They have a wonderful collection of traction equipment from the Midwest and around the world which they run during the annual Old Threshers Reunion on Labor Day Weekend.
Our scenes are from a special event in connection with the 2012 NRHS (National Railway Historical Society) Convention. The museum operated a number of its cars on a windy June day for the visitors.
