George McGraw is Executive Director of the DIGDEEP Right to Water Project in Los Angeles. As founder of the young human rights organization, he is responsible for DIGDEEP’s innovative strategy and development programming. George completed an honors degree in political science at Loyola University Chicago and an MA in International Law and the Settlement of Disputes at the United Nations Mandated University for Peace (UPEACE) in San José, Costa Rica. With experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors, George has worked for several foreign governments and has consulted for the United Nations Development Programme in Afghanistan. George is also an internationally published legal scholar on the Human Right to Water and a contributor to several news and opinion sites.
