I made this video during my elective course module "Body Thought Body Talk" by "EMMANUELLE WAECKERLE" (ewaeckerle.com) at National Institute of Design, India. Here, I have tried to show people walking in a corridor through blind eyes. A phrase given by Ehrwin Fernandes was "Two blind people walking in a corridor", the word "blind" gave me the sense of darkness and absence of color in life and surrounding. Also they are unable to visualize the space. The other word "walking" gave me the feeling of sensory wall, pathways etc. So using the keywords COLORLESS, UNDEFINED SPACE and SENSORY, I made my animation. In the animation I wanted to create dual experience from the visually impaired perspective as well as from the normal people perspective. I used mirror walls for creating a infinitive space for visually impaired and sensory wall given on both sides, the video is monochrome because they can't see color. I used the music piece"Four"- 1989 composed by John Cage to create mysterious effect and disconnect the audience with visuals.
