This meditation class was first offered online via Zoom on election day, November 2020. The intention was to embody the presence of love to ease away stress.

Yoga practice offers us a gateway into a journey of intimacy with ourselves. When we show up on our mat for practice, we are consciously choosing to create space for self nurturing and deep listening. As we move to the sound and rhythm of our breath , we create a bridge between the physical and mental bodies. I hope through this practice, you can relax and take the time to be with your body and breath.
