Instructions detailing how to register a patient in WriteUpp, a beautifully simple scheduling, note-taking and assessment tool for healthcare professionals.
To create a patient:
1. Click on the "+Create" button and select "Patient"
2. Enter the details of your patient (some information in mandatory, such as first name and surname)
3. Click "Save"
4. Your patient is now the Active Patient, and you will be able to book appointments, write notes, complete assessments, attach items, create letters and discharge your patient
