This is a commercial I Directed in 2006 for the new Audi A6 . AudIi's sales people told me the most important point they wanted to get across was how many patents they owned. A little research and I found out AUDI had more patents than the Space shuttle and although I thought the guys who bought Audi's (usually Creative directors of ad agencies were more likely not to care about patents) nevertheless I decided to incorporate space into the commercial.
This was only aired in parts of Europe for a short time, I heard the Audi Brass liked it for it's minalistic approach, to which I have no proof of of that.
I kinda still like it because it's odd for a car commercial.
