A child's tea party, heirloom toys, sinister energy, "Buttonhole" is a short film created by award winning director Peter Sluszka along with Cinematographer Ivan Abel. Sluszka and Abel toy with objectification and personification, employing cutting-edge techniques, trademark dark-motifs and an original score by Robot Repair in this unsettling tale of child’s play gone awry.
Produced for and by Kid-In (a platform for to showcase the work of designers, photographers, artists and thinkers, focusing on the singular subject of childhood), "Buttonhole" is a short film celebrating the mystery and the magic of childhood imagination.
