The Preliminary Business Meeting of the 2009 World Science Fiction Society, held August 7 at Anticipation, the 67th World Science Fiction Convention, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This meeting dealt with committee reports, resolutions, setting debate time for matters to be discussed at the Main Business Meeting, and initial consideration of new proposals to amend the WSFS Constitution.
