This is a performance by David Rohn during the Scope Art Fair in March, 2013 of his piece titled, "Contact Walt Whitman" in which he is secluded inside a shipping crate with his books, writings and a telephone to communicate to the outside world. Visitors to the Scope Art Fair were able to speak with him inside the recreated office of Walt Whitman as they watched through the peepholes and lenses affixed to the crate.
