In March 2012 I turned 19. I wanted to celebrate my last teenage year... Inspired by a lot of photographers who take 1 photo everyday for an entire year, I decided to do my own spin on it and film a moment of my day, every day. Just 1 second.
So here it is, a year in the life of Molly. I’ve laughed, cried, stuffed my face, and sometimes I’ve done all three at the same time. But I have taught myself to be thankful for each day and to stop thinking about the past or worrying about the future, all we have is today and we should put all of our focus on that.
Don’t do something you don’t enjoy doing. And don’t do things because you think that’s what you should be doing, or because others think you should. Spend time with people that lift you and inspire you. Talk less and listen more. Let go.
I hope you enjoy this 6 minute video as much as I enjoyed creating it. You never know, you might even be in it...
Here’s to the next decade!
