This is a film I created for a Cinema and Art class at DePaul University. It was made using the film "Kaleidoscope" by Len Lye (1935). I wanted to explore the natural rhythm of the piece by setting it to modern music and transforming it into a psychedelic piece that highlights that rhythm; what I found was the amazing adaptability of his film when set to any music. The music used in this film was "Pacific Coast Highway" by Kavinsky, all sound copyrights are reserved to them.
