This video is created during the "Replay, Share Inspire!" evaluation meeting of participants, who were involved in various international projects taking place in Europe and beyond, organised within the Training and Co-operation Plan (TCP) of the Youth in Action Programme.
The meeting gathered 24 youth workers, project leaders, trainers and volunteers involved in youth work in Estonia, so that they could share and analyse their experience and impact of TCP projects they attended.
The video is spreading a word about benefits and opportunities of the Training and Co-operation Plan (TCP), so that more people would know about this training and capacity building instrument for youth work and youth policy in Europe.
TCP is designed and implemented by the National Agencies and SALTO-YOUTH Resource Centres of the European Union's Youth in Action Programme.
Activities of TCP (such as job shadowing, feasibility visits, evaluation meetings, study visits and seminars, training courses, as well as partnership building and networking activities) support the main roles of the National Agencies:
- Managing the Youth in Action Programme in their countries
- Helping develop youth work in Europe
- Contributing to European Youth Policy.
