What they wanted:
Nationwide wanted to overhaul their existing Members' Pack because it was tired, dull and lacked engagement. So they invited us to take part in a pitch (paid, we hasten to add), and suggest new ways to wow their new customers.
What we did:
As part of the pitch , we presented an array of ideas. But the one we were most proud of was this. We presented it as a lovely keepsake book (complete with a shiny one penny piece tipped into the cover) and suggested they ran this animated version as an internal advert in all the building society branches. Suffice to say, this little beauty was another one that got away.
