The Village of Queen Charlotte needed to perform a complete network system upgrade to meeting new software requirements and increase overall productivity. While they had a basic understanding of what needed to be done, they wanted to consult with an established IT support partner who could manage the entire project, including shipping and facilitating the installation of the upgraded software with the vendor. After the upgrade project was complete, The Village required ongoing 24/7 monitoring and desktop support services.
