Northwest Kidney Kids Camp! This documentary is an introduction to the aforementioned camp for kids who have been impacted with serious life changing chronic kidney disease, and their families. The infants and young children through youth attending this camp along with their families come from all over the Pacific Northwest (and even much further) to attend the annual Northwest Kidney Kids sponsored camp held in Canby Oregon for a few short days of fun, education and camaraderie with others impacted with kidney disease.
While I shot much of (but certainly not all) of the footage used here, Jennifer McFarling in particular shot and contributed many important scenes used in the final product.
Catherine Johnson was also very important to the finished product, as she found and interviewed 'on camera' several families and individuals, providing valuable information, interest and variety to the overall project.
I had a significant hand in organizing and completing this project, beginning to end, including all of the editing, except for having taken much advantage of the advice and useful comments from other kind and helpful interested parties, in particular from Michael Soltani. Additional individuals are named in the credits included at the end of the film.
I'd like to offer many thanks to all of you who helped make this project a success!
