We just finished working for 2 months at the extreme north of Norway, alongside Finnmarks musher Dag Broch, and his partner Inkeri. We worked in exchange for everything we could ever need or want, nice food, a comfy bed to rest, and something to write home about. After all, who needs cash when you're getting paid in adventure? Norway was just... awesome. I hope this collection reflects that.
If you're interested in having a dog mushing experience for yourself, no one is more qualified for days of adventure, amazement, and action than Dag Broch at Tana Husky. You can find everything you need to know here:
The song is 'I Want Friends' by The Smith Street Band. It was an easy choice, a good friend showed me these guys just before I left into the isolation of the north, and I listened to 'Sunshine and Technology' on repeat. You can check them out here:
and lastly, we're in the final months of what has been an 18 month trip around Europe, if you want to keep up with what we're doing to fill our time post dog sledding, or read up on some of the amazing places we've been to over the past year or so, you can find my travel blog here:
I'm still new to video editing so any and all advice is welcome!
