Back in the time of Moses, God commanded His people to build him a tabernacle where His presence would live. There were all sorts of rules and instructions about how to build this tabernacle, and all sorts of items that God told the Israelites to put inside. One of the most interesting items was a giant curtain called a "veil" that was put directly in front of the Most Holy Place where God's presence would live. It was a barrier or a block between God and the people... and when Jesus died on the cross on the very first Easter Sunday 2,000 years ago that veil in the temple was torn in two! But... why? Why then? Why was this veil there in the first place... and what does any of this have to do with our lives today? Come find out in our BT KIDS! EASTER lesson called THE VEIL WAS TORN.
