The great Natural Health debate. One one side we have the long established Vegan/Vegetarian party expounding the importance of a plant based diet, citing spiritual texts and ancient philosophies plus modern day scientific findings on health and the environment.

On the other side we have the new craze to hit our Natural Health bookshelves: The Paleo Diet, based on principlies of organic, naturally raised food referring to how our Paleolithic ancestors would have eaten tens of thousands of years ago.

Both are natural. Both are based on whole foods (at least good vegans should be!). And both are getting a huge following. One demands we eat no animal flesh.. the other demands me eat mostly animal flesh. Both are changing lives..

You be the judge for yourself. Really it comes down to you!
