World Bank President, Jim Yong Kim, posed the question to a group of junior staff over lunch: "What will it take to make the World Bank the coolest place to work?"

In an attempt to address his question, the Junior Professional Associate (JPA) Community of the World Bank hosted an event to analyze the role of youth in the mission of the World Bank-- what unique skills and knowledge do young people bring to the development world in how it attempts to bring an end to poverty? On October 1, 2012, the JPAs brought together Senior Management, young Bank staff, and representatives from the private sector (Google) and MTV's Insights Innovations to brainstorm.

But the task is not yet complete-- we need your ideas to continue embedding the profile of young "millenials" into the Bank's work and engagement.
