In Haiti, an education is a privilege, not a right. Attending school costs money, money that most Haitians do not have. Only about 30-35% of the children in Haiti attend school. The majority of an entire generation is growing up not being able to read or write. Educating these children will not only provide tools to help break the cycle of poverty, but provide training for the next generation of Christian leaders.
