Friday I had a pretty crappy day. That night I attempted The CrossFit Open workout 13.4. I cleaned the bar 5x but could not get it over my head (3 days earlier I had found a new i RM of 98#, so 95# is my edge) I stewed and stewed and said "I don't care if I take a zero".... but I did care. So Sunday, I set that Friggin bar up in my garage, took off my necklace and rings, put my hair up,... and in my jeans and clogs, did the workout. 6 times cleaning and jerking 95#, 3 toes to bar, and a few more cleans without the jerk. No matter, I didn't get a ZERO. I knew I could do better!
