The Española Farmers Market and Cultural Center is at 1005 North Railroad Avenue in Española, New Mexico. The market opens in mid June of each year and runs through October. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., every Monday. The outdoor farmers market has fresh fruits, vegetables, and specialty items. Plus plenty of parking, lots of fun, food samples, and more. Espanola is one of the few farmers markets in the state to have its own land.
Espanola Farmers Market has heritage chiles, enormous Spanish squash, a variety of corn, plus a lot more. Special programs each summer include chile roasting, heritage cooking demonstrations, free books for young people, local music, Friday markets and more. Consult the market blog for details and dates.
