Each year, the world's largest shuffleboard club, nestled in the bayside city of Saint Petersburg, FL puts on a massive costumed bicycle tour of the city known as Tweed Ride. Anybody on any bicycle can ride along, but only if you follow one rule: "wear your finest tweed."
