About Speaker: Linda D. Stone has over twenty years of strategic and hands-on generalist human resources experience in start-up and turnaround management working in domestic and global organizations in content, media, and technology industries. In addition to her corporate experience which includes, BuzzMetrics, IPC and Elsevier Science, she has her own Human Resources consulting and career counseling practice, The Morgan Stone Group and has worked in a variety of industries including not-for-profit, accounting, banks, law firms, and outplacement transition support. Currently, she works with New York University (School of Continuing and Professional Studies) as a course developer and has been an adjunct since l994 teaching career change and professional development courses. She holds certifications as an Achieve Global Trainer, Benchmarks 360 from The Center for Creative Leadership, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She received a MA in Human Resources Management from The New School and a BA in English from Hartwick College.
