In our judicial system, there is no such thing as "this day and age" law enforcement. For example, if everyone hated red cars, the police couldn't just start pulling over red cars and confiscating them because they were used in a string of crimes. This is further proof of the oppressive and authoritarian nature of the Temple Police Department.
This video also shows that I cooperated with the search of my person. No weapon was "found" as reported by the TPD. I told the officer where it was and made clear that no one ever asked me for my CHL or identification. I said, "He didn't ask me for it, did he?" The responded, "No sir."
