A collection of illustrations inspired by Muisca Indigenous worldviews symbolize potential decolonizing healing. The images are animated through the time and space of digital video and then displayed as projections onto the author, connecting the author to a worldview that needs a surface on which to rest. Much like light travels as both a wave and a particle, so can worldviews transcend time and space. Animation allows for this transcendence to take on an aesthetic form. The video suggests that a Musica worldview can exists beyond generations and physical borderlands. Its healing models can be applied to present identity formation and decolonizing strategies.
