Our field study evaluated people’s emotional and affective experiences using Wii Sports Resorts: Archery and was conducted in one of our participant’s household. The goal of our study is to understand the participant’s feelings during and after playing with the full body interface. We used the Post-Play Intrinsic Motivation Inventory Enjoyment Questionnaire (IMI Questionnaire) and the Cued Recall Debrief Affect (CRD) methods to gather data and information. We used the results from these methods to support our suggestions for the improvements to the interface design in controller mappings and screen layout.
