A Lost Connection is an investigation of the lost connection between spirituality and the natural world.
I believe that our global issues stem from the lack of connection with ourselves and nature. Our world is a reflection of our minds. When we are not healthy in all aspects, it affects us not only in the physical sense, but our actions, thoughts, and intent.
I believe the answer to all problems can be solved by starting with the self. I hope my investigation brings attention to the lost connection with the self and nature and inspires others to start their own journey, no matter how big or small. Through these interviews I'd like to create a foundation of resources, perspectives, and ideas to build a community and to help others in the cultivation of their own spiritual journey.
