Just some clips from the tour of the DOKA ESTATE in, I believe, Alajuela, Costa Rica. I did buy some Peaberry while I was there. Hey, I didn't know that Peaberry is not a different type of coffee, it is just coffee where both halves of the bean have grown together! I think they said about 5% of the total production is when this happens and it is expensive because of this and because of the effort to separate it from all the other beans. Yikes! Supposedly, this enhances the taste of the coffee.
We also had a great lunch there and they also had other things to see too. Quite enjoyable.
