The European Fit for 55 Package aims to set the EU on track to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 55% by 2030. The Package proposes measures that will allow corporate renewable energy procurement to play a much bigger role in supporting EU Member States to deliver the additional renewable resources that are needed to successfully meet EU’s climate and energy goals.
The session will shed light on the legislative proposals that are designed to accelerate demand for corporate sourcing of renewables and facilitate administrative and permitting procedures.
